  • Naturals -- as opposed to sharps, naturals are signified by the white keys on the piano keyboard (sharps are usually signified by black keys).
  • Node -- The spot on a piano wire that creates the division of the wire. When speaking of partial segments of a wire, the node is the spot that creates the division between two partials.
