William Braid White, author of Piano Tuning and Allied Arts, was a Fellow of the Acoustical Society of America, Fellow of the Institute of Musical Instrument Technology in Longon, and the Principal of the School of Pianoforte Technology in Chicago. Piano Tuning and Allied Arts, was first published in 1917 with at least 5 revisions and 25 subsequent printings.
